Staci Friesen: With 20 years in the mental health field, she has a deep understanding of different modalities. Staci is dedicated to supporting individuals in their mental health journey. She believes in the power of resilience and works closely with clients to develop effective coping strategies, foster self-growth, and enhance overall well-being.
Izabela Zakrzewska: With a background in education, Izabela completed her Masterβs degree at City University of Seattle in counselling. Izabella is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, heal from past traumas, and discover their inner strength. Their warm and empathetic approach creates a safe and supportive environment for growth and healing.
