Lourene is the Administrative Assistant at Wild Mountain Clinical Counselling, where she takes pride in creating a welcoming and compassionate environment for all clients. Always ready to lend a helping hand, she embodies the support that individuals need.
Her background includes roles as a Technical Support Specialist in Petro Canada’s Information Systems Department and as a school secretary at a junior high in Calgary. However, her most impactful experience was as an administrative assistant at Pathways Addictions Resource Centre, where she learned the importance of empathy and compassion in addiction recovery. In this role, she played a key part in coordinating services that supported clients on their healing journeys, igniting her passion for making a positive community impact and advocating for those in need.
Outside of work, Lourene enjoys exploring the beautiful trails in and around Penticton with her two beloved dogs, Phoebe, a Schnoodle, and Jasper, a Labradoodle. Her dedication to kindness and support is evident in every aspect of her life.
