the insurance billing process as straightforward as possible.

Before your first appointment, we recommend you verify your counselling benefits with your insurance provider. This includes checking if our services are covered, your deductible amount, and the number of sessions covered per year.

Providing Insurance Information:
Please provide your insurance details here or bring your insurance card to your initial appointment. This information will help us bill your insurance correctly for the services rendered.

Billing Process:

  • After your session, we will submit a claim to your insurance company for the services provided.
  • You will receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurance provider, detailing what was covered and any amounts that may be your responsibility (such as co-pays, deductibles, or coinsurance).

Payment of Fees:
Any fees not covered by your insurance (including co-pays, deductibles, or charges from missed appointments) will be billed directly to you. Payment is expected at the time of service or upon receipt of a statement.

Clients who provide less than 24 business hours’ notice or miss their appointment will be charged the full session fee to the card on file.
