You’re the expert in your own life, and this approach helps you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make decisions that feel right for you.

The process is often non-judgmental and open-ended, allowing you to talk about what you’re feeling, what barriers may be in your way, and what the next steps could look like. If you’re feeling uncertain about change or caught between wanting to change and resisting it, MI can be a great tool to help you find the clarity and confidence to take action.
