As a client, you are responsible for organizing any payments through your insurance provider, benefit provider, funder, or any third-party payer who may be covering the costs of your sessions. It is essential that you verify your mental health benefits prior to your sessions, including understanding any deductibles, co-pays, or limitations on coverage.
Please note that if your insurer, benefit provider, funder, or third-party payer does not cover the full cost of the services provided, you will be responsible for paying any outstanding balance. This includes any amount not covered due to deductibles, co-pays, or claims that are denied for any reason.
It is important to discuss any financial concerns you may have with us before beginning counselling, so we can work together to find the best solutions possible. If you have questions about our fees, payment options, or your responsibilities regarding insurance and third-party payments, please do not hesitate to reach out.
At Wild Mountain Clinical Counselling, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. A late cancellation or missed visit creates an opportunity loss for the counsellor, as that time could have been allocated to another client in need of services. As such, we require a minimum of 24 business hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your scheduled appointment.
