  4. Desensitisation

  5. Installation
    We reinforce positive beliefs—such as “I am safe now” or “I can cope”—to replace old core beliefs like “I’m powerless.”
  6. Body Scan
    We check your body for lingering tension or unease. If something remains, we process it until it’s resolved.
  7. Closure
    We close with relaxation techniques, ensure emotional stability, and summarise progress—so you end each session feeling grounded and held.
  8. Reevaluation
    At the next session, we revisit the processed material to assess change, shift the focus if needed, and plan further work.
