I was born in Hamilton, Ontario, and now call Penticton home, where I’ve truly embraced this wonderful community. After earning my Medical Office Assistant diploma, I transitioned from working in a doctor’s office to a field I’m deeply passionate about—mental health.

As the Clinic Manager at Wild Mountain Clinical Counselling, I bring an optimistic and bubbly energy to help create a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone. I’m dedicated to assisting clients in finding the right counsellor for their personal growth and healing journeys while also supporting our counsellors and the broader community.

I’m incredibly excited to be part of the Wild Mountain team, working to make counselling services more known and accessible to those who need them. I look forward to connecting with clients and serving as a trusted resource throughout their healing and growth.

Outside the office, I love immersing myself in a good book, exploring different art techniques, and cherishing quality time with my family. I also find peace and inspiration in nature, embracing the beauty of the wilderness whenever I can.
